We deal with a multitude of software and hardware configurations. To help in diagnosing your problem please include as much information about your system as possible when you create a support ticket. We'll ask them anyway, so including at least the following will save time for both of us.
- Model of the iOS device / Mac / PC you are using.
- Version number of the operating system you use.
- Version number of the app you experience a problem with.
- Model of the connected device (eg. camera) - if applicable.
- Firmware version number of the connected device (eg. camera) - if applicable.
- A screen shot demonstrating the problem.
- Steps to reproduce the problem.
