2014 Winter Holiday Shutdown

We are closed for the holidays between December 10 and December 14 as well as between December 22 and January 4. Product support is not available during these periods. We'll answer incoming emails in a first-come first-served order when we return on December 15 and on January 5.

We deal with a multitude of software and hardware configurations. To help in diagnosing your problem please include as much information about your system as possible when you create a support ticket. We'll ask them anyway, so including at least the following will save time for both of us.

  • Model of the iOS device / Mac / PC you are using.
  • Version number of the operating system you use.
  • Version number of the app you experience a problem with.
  • Model of the connected device (eg. camera) - if applicable.
  • Firmware version number of the connected device (eg. camera) - if applicable.
  • A screen shot demonstrating the problem.
  • Steps to reproduce the problem.
