We deal with a multitude of software and hardware configurations. To help in diagnosing your problem please include as much information about your system as possible when you create a support ticket. We'll ask them anyway, so including at least the following will save time for both of us.

  • Model of the iOS device / Mac you are using.
  • Version number of the operating system you use.
  • Version number of the app you experience a problem with.
  • Model of the connected device (eg. camera) - if applicable.
  • Firmware version number of the connected device (eg. camera) - if applicable.
  • A screen shot demonstrating the problem.
  • Steps to reproduce the problem.
