We welcome your feedback regarding many areas of our existing business. If you want to send us your feedback, and we hope you do, we simply request that you send it to us using the email addresses found at http://www.direstudio.com/support

Please provide only specific feedback on our existing products or marketing strategies; do not include any ideas that DIRE Studio’s policy will not permit to accept or consider.

Any feedback you provide shall be deemed to be non-confidential. DIRE Studio shall be free to use such information on an unrestricted basis.

Terms of Idea Submission

DIRE Studio or any of its employees do not accept or consider unsolicited ideas, including but not limited to ideas for new or improved products or technologies, product enhancements, new product names, processes, materials, marketing plans, advertising campaigns or promotions.

Please do not submit any unsolicited ideas, original creative work, suggestions or other works (“submissions”) in any form to DIRE Studio or to any of its employees. The sole purpose of this policy is to avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes when DIRE Studio’s products or marketing strategies might seem similar to ideas submitted to us.

If you, despite our request that don’t do so, send us ideas, regardless of application and of what your letter says, we assume that you have sent them to DIRE Studio after accepting that:

• Your submissions and their contents will automatically become the property of DIRE Studio, without any payment or compensation to you.
• DIRE Studio may use or redistribute the submissions and their contents freely for any purpose and in any way and you would not have copyright or any other rights enforced against such use.
• DIRE Studio assumes no obligation to review the submission or to keep any submissions confidential.
